A friendly group of adult swimmers and triathletes who meet up for an organised training session and for stroke improvement. We encourage members to compete in local galas.

Dates for next year's competitions are:-

25th April 2010 - Millfield School. Middle distance, Long course
3rd July 2010 - 1500m GL1 Gloucester, short course
26th September 2010 - Sprint meet at Hutton Moor, no relays, short course
21st November 2010 - National Inter-Counties, venue to be decided
